Native Roots WV was founded in 2018 by Patrick Griffith and Mark Wigal.  They are lifelong friends and currently reside in Morgantown, WV. They are fascinated by all things hemp and their mission is to provide the local community with the best quality products at an affordable price.

meet The Team

Patrick Griffith

FOUNDER

Patrick was born and raised in West Virginia. He attended Fairmont State University for business. Patrick has always had a passion for people which is why he excels in sales and marketing. He has a love for the outdoors and spends much of his free time fishing and hunting. He currently resides in Morgantown, WV with his wife and three daughters. 



Mark Wigal

LEAD GROWER

BIOLOGIST

Mark was born and raised in West Virginia. He graduated from Duke University with a degree in Earth and Ocean Sciences. He went on to obtain a masters degree in biology from The Citadel. He loves the outdoors and is known for his green thumb and fascination with plants and soil. He currently resides in Morgantown, WV with his wife and three children.
